Think before act

The water condition in the tank has been bad.Current hang-on filter not strong enough and I just realized gold fishes need strong filter like the top filter so ya,I went to get them a top filter.Hopefully the water will be in it's top condition cause while I was using the hang-on which is supposedly for small fishes,the water did not really filter well and it started to smell.
Now both of my small Ranchus just swim around the tank and not cooped in one corner like how it used to be,guess the water condition is really bad before I had changed the filter.

Something pretty epic happened when I was in the aquarium shop.This china guy was teaching me how to use the top filter and this uncle came telling him that there's this uncle whom stole the fishes in the shop.So this old man around his 60s-70s with his hand in his shirt pocket walk briskly out of the shop.Immediately the china guy stop him but the uncle ignored and try to escape which resulted that the china guy use force and interlock his hands and pressure him onto the ground.I'm quite anticipated for something to happen though.The owner of the aquarium shop is kind enough not to call the police.I find that old man whom stole the fishes brainless.He stole a few fishes which amounted to over hundred dollars.Foolish thing is,he put them in his pocket.I mean these poor expensive fishes can die from the stubborn and selfish act of this old man.In the end,this old man got taken back into the shop and pay them,otherwise,will be taken by the police.
This is really dumb.Poor fishes.

Something got in my mind for the whole day and maybe I might be positive about my decision.

Hope I got my FAS application approved so that I could get my coupon again :D
Which would also help me cut around $200 over for cost on the ''O'' level subjects needed to pay.
